In any case, some of you have been calling me off the hook and I do appologize for not answering or sometimes being unable to return your calls. The reason for this is that I am busy (workshops, sessions, classes, life) and I don't always have the time to call you back. Its nothing personal, I am just in demand. Your best bet is send me an email or leave me a message stating who you are, what you want and the time that you will call back. If I am not in a session or otherwise occupied, I will do my best to answer.

 Here is an interesting article about the power of long hair. I am curious to determine if that also applies to body hair. Not that I am a proponent of body hair (my soft legs are legendary), but perhaps animals have a sixth sense due to their whiskers & hair as they act like antennae. Perhaps we began to not perceive our connection with nature once we began to shear ourselves. Food for thought right?

 It is my fifth day of quitting smoking. I feel my lung capacity increasing, though my nose appears to be a bit runny so I have decided to use my neti pot. Its like a little tube that you insert in your nostril and the water comes out of the other nostril. I bet someone would love to drink that as tea. Hahaha! Am I kidding?
