She cut out dairy, coffee, sugar, white bread and artificial toxic chemical foods. She also went for colonic irrigation to detoxify and remove accumulated toxins in her body.

 Hello my friends! Today I have a little headache and a funny trick which provides temporary relief is sticking your fingers in your ears. For some reason it helps.

I have always wanted to have long hair down to my ass so that basically, like lady Godiva, I can walk around with my hair covering my body and no one will know that I am naked! Hahaha!
 I have started becoming mildly obsessed with this so I keep asking long-haired ladies what their secrets are. Thankfully they are sharing and I will try these and see how things go. If its good for my hair I would imagine that it would also be good for your hair (even if you are a man). Here are the tips I have received:
1) Trim hair once every 2-3 months by 1/2 inch. 2) Trim split ends weekly. 3) Once/week deep condition hair. 4) Apply oil (argan/almond/coconut/olive) before washing hair and massage it in like you are making passionate love with your hair. 5) Comb hair gently from tips to roots. Tips first then higher, then roots. 6) Before washing hair apply honey to it for 10-20minutes. I even apply this to my face and it makes me look so young and cute! Those honeybees are miracle rejuvinators. Honey is also antifungal, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, moisturizing and helps cuts and burns heal faster. Hence the importance of bee-keeping. Become a bee-keeper!!!

I never wake up before 10:00am unless I have an appointment taken from at least 24 hours before. This means that I can accommodate you outside of my customary hours from 10:00am to 10:00pm as long as I have advance notice. All I can say is WOW!!! L'Orage is to 3333 what She-Ra is to Humpty Dumpty.
