She cut out dairy, coffee, sugar, white bread and artificial toxic chemical foods. She also went for colonic irrigation to detoxify and remove accumulated toxins in her body.

 I read in some magazine specially made for Monkland village that Maca root is nature's alternative to Viagra. Apparently it grows somewhere in Peru.
